2021 and Beyond
Board meetings have a mixed audience. Some Board members prefer to meet in person. Some Board members now prefer virtual participation.
The meeting organizers have to accommodate both groups.
The mix of in-room and online attendees may be 60-40 one time, then 20-60 the following meeting.

Hybrid = Blended = Mixed
In 2023, we are focusing on Hybrid Meetings, where some of the audience is in the room (“in-room”) and some of the audience is attending over the Internet (“online”).
We provide experience and technical support. Our job is to ensure that both in-room and online participants are equally engaged. Technology becomes invisible.
We started Hybrid Meeting Specialists with Home Owner Associations, a Genealogy Society, and the VFW. The principles are the same for each organization.
