Techniques:

To embed the video, I simply copied the YouTube URL onto a blank line. (directions: https://youtu.be/Ir7J0eEuWgk?t=75). I like this because it’s quick and easy!

[Optional] To embed the PDF file in the page:

• I installed/activated a plugin (“PDF Embedder”),
• uploaded the PDF file to the media library,
• then simply inserted the PDF document from the media library into the page.

When I pressed [Enter] at the end of the line, the plugin added the code. Here is how the page looks:
